Thank you for using our website (the "Site").
We are a subscription service that provides our members access to our platform, where they can edit images, create graphic designs, upload, store, manage, and download visual content or other data (the "Service").
These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Terms of Service"), together with our Privacy Policy available on the Site, constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("You", "your", or "User") and Solutions Vanguard LTD (Company Number: 16717023), with registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, UNITED KINGDOM ("Provider"), in relation to the use of our Services, available at: pixepaint.com. It is essential that you carefully read these Terms before using the Site or the Services.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Access to the Website and the use of the entire Service—which integrates all its functions, data processing capacity, user interfaces, as well as linked software and content—are governed by these Terms (collectively referred to as the "Agreement").
By interacting with the platform or using its tools, whether as a Member User, as a recipient of electronic communications sent by a registered User, or as a Provider User, you express your agreement with this Agreement. If you do not consent to be bound by these provisions, you must discontinue the use of the Site and the Service immediately. It is established that the contractual commitment will be effective and binding only from the moment the Provider agrees to supply you with the requested Service.
The delivery of the Service and access to the platform are performed immediately. Once the payment is successfully processed, the User is redirected to a confirmation page. Simultaneously, the system sends the access credentials to the registered email address and then automatically logs in (auto-login), granting full access to the tool without delays.
The Provider reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Agreement in order to adapt to legislative developments, technical requirements, or improvements in the Service. Such modifications will take effect immediately upon their publication on the Website.
In the event of substantial modifications affecting the User's rights or obligations, the Provider undertakes to notify such changes in a timely manner, either through a prominent notice on the platform or via the email provided by the User. Continued use of the Services after the publication or notification of changes will imply full acceptance of the new conditions. If the User does not accept the updated terms, they must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining external backup copies of all information and files stored or processed through our Services. The Provider does not guarantee infallibility against data loss nor that the Service will be free from eventual technical errors. Therefore, it is the User's obligation to download and secure their data prior to the cancellation of their subscription or the cessation of the use of the Service.
Information storage will be carried out in accordance with the terms of the contracted plan. In the event that the User decides to terminate the contractual relationship, they must ensure they retrieve their information in advance, as the Provider reserves the right to delete such information after the cancellation. In the event of access suspension due to a breach of these Terms, the Provider may restrict access to the User's data, retaining it solely for evidentiary purposes or by legal mandate. If access is permanently cancelled due to a serious infringement, the data may be deleted immediately or retained as required by current regulations.
Account Security: Access to data is linked to the User's credentials; the loss of the password may result in the loss of access to the stored content. The implementation of robust security measures on your devices, such as firewalls and updated antivirus software, is strongly recommended. Security Note: PixePaint will never request your password via email nor will it ask you to access external links to log in outside of our official platform.
Your subscription may begin with a trial period at a promotional price ranging between 1 and 15 EUR, USD, or GBP, depending on the selected offer. You will have two (2) days to use the Service during this phase ("Trial"). This period will begin once the payment is formalized during registration. Please note that the trial amount is non-refundable.
If the subscription is not cancelled within the trial period, a renewal charge will be automatically processed at the end of it, for an amount of 44.82 € (or its equivalent in USD or GBP according to the registration). In the event of a payment failure, automatic retries will be made at intervals of 48 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. If the attempts are unsuccessful, the account will be deactivated until payment is completed.
The monthly subscription fee will be billed every 30 days for an amount of 44.82 USD, 44.82 GBP, or 44.82 EUR, depending on the currency established during registration or the trial offer. This amount will be automatically charged upon the conclusion of the initial trial period and in each subsequent 30-day billing cycle.
In case of cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. Renewal charges are refundable as long as they are requested within 14 days following the charge date; once this period has elapsed, the amounts will be non-refundable.
By activating your subscription, you grant express authorization to PixePaint to charge the current monthly fee, along with any additional charges related to the Service, to the registered payment method. The prices indicated do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be applied when required by current regulations.
The Provider reserves the right to offer promotions or make adjustments to the rates at its discretion; any change in the amount billed will be communicated to you in advance by email. If a charge cannot be completed due to insufficient funds, card expiration, or other reasons, we may immediately suspend access to the Service until a valid payment method is provided and the debt is settled.
Billing Descriptor: It is important for you to know that charges on your bank statement or credit card statement will appear identified under the name PIX*Pixepaint.
You have the right to cancel your subscription or your trial period at any time. After cancellation, you will maintain full access to the Service functions until your 2-day trial period or your current billing cycle ends. To avoid the first monthly charge or the next renewal charge, the cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation Methods: For your convenience, we offer three ways to process your cancellation:
Cancellation Confirmation: In all cases, once your request has been processed, we will automatically send you a confirmation email that will serve as proof of the termination of your subscription.
Refunds are only applicable if requested within 14 days following the initial charge. No refunds will be issued for partial membership periods or for fees corresponding to trial periods.
The Provider reserves the exclusive power to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time. This measure may be executed immediately and without the need for prior notification, whether for operational or security reasons, or, especially, in the event of any breach of the obligations and responsibilities stipulated in this Agreement.
The User undertakes to use the Services exclusively for lawful and appropriate purposes. The use of unauthorized technologies or methods to access the platform, the infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, the introduction of malicious software (viruses), or any action intended to interrupt the functionality of the Service is strictly prohibited. Likewise, the collection of personally identifiable information without prior and express consent is prohibited, as well as any other activity that contravenes the provisions detailed in this Agreement.
The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Services according to its technical or operational criteria. We will not assume any responsibility towards the User or third parties for such modifications or interruptions. However, the Provider may, at its sole discretion and without this implying a legal obligation, offer proportional refunds, credits, or alternative compensation in cases it deems justified.
The Provider respects intellectual property rights and requires the same commitment from its Users. The use of the Services to upload, share, or distribute any material that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, any content presumed to be infringing. Likewise, the Provider will proceed with the permanent cancellation of accounts of those Users who repeatedly commit intellectual property infringements, without the right to a refund of any fees paid.
If you believe your work has been infringed, please send a notification to support@pixepaint.com or to our headquarters at 128 City Road London EC1V 2NX. The claim must include:
The Provider will remove the infringing content after validating the claim according to current regulations.

All other trademarks, emblems, images, products, and company names displayed or mentioned on the website or in any editing tool are the property of their respective owners. Nothing stipulated in these Terms grants you any license or right to use, modify, or delete such material.
The Provider shall not assume liability to the user for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, denial-of-service attacks, strikes, lack of supplies, riots, insurrections, fires, floods, storms, explosions, natural disasters, armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, government measures, labor crises, earthquakes, lack of materials, internet outages, or serious connectivity incidents external to the Provider's infrastructure (individually referred to as a "Force Majeure Event").
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or conflict arising from these conditions shall be submitted to the resolution of the competent courts in the city of London, United Kingdom.
